Urban Walls-A Giveaway
I love chalkboards. I made the kids one out of an antique desk drawer and a can of chalkboard paint (true story). UrbanWalls offered to send me their chalkboard wall decal and I was all, “Um, how soon can it get here?”.
Decals kinda freak me out because I worry that they will be difficult to apply and look not very cute. I applied this high quality chalkboard vinyl decal in about thirty seconds all by myself and it was probably the easiest thing ever.
I love the matte finish and that it looks brand new every time we wipe it off, which is at least one a week.
Want one to call your very own? Leave a comment telling me where you would hang your chalkboard decal. I put mine by my phone.
Giveaway will close Friday 12/23, one comment per person.
Good luck!

Ooh, by my backdoor so I can make a list of all of the crap I need to remember, as The Wife And Therefore Tracker Of All Of The Things.

I have a big blank kitchen wall that needs this decal!

The kitchen wall that can’t have much hanging on it because the basement door opens into it. I keep threatening to paint the whole wall as a chalkboard

I have a nursery to decorate in the next few months…
Suzy
I would put it near my husbands mailbox – perfect place for reminders or sweet notes!
Jennifer Jo
Whoa. That’s sweet. I’d probably hang it in the hall, by the door.

I would like to stick this on the door from kitchen to garage!
(Hey, what’s that other thing in your photo… is it a phone? hanging on the wall? weird.)

This would go in our laundry room right by the door to the garage, as a reminder of All The Crap That I Need To Take With Me But Always Forget.

1. Love your phone
2. We may be meant to be friends (I’m a gal with a dude name too)
3. I’d love to put this decal in my kitchen! (we just moved and there is a lot of blank space asking for fun new things)
Rachael
I would hang it by the front door, so that sometimes we might actually remember some of the things we’re supposed to take with us when we leave in the morning!
MissCaron
In the Kitchen so we can write out all the fabulous recipes that Craig makes!

Definitely in the kitchen!

I’d put it over my Chinchilla cages. All the better to keep track of feeding, bath & cleaning the sage schedule!
Andrea
I would put my chalkboard decal beside the key hook, so that I can remind myself of the things I need to do as I head out the door. Also, it would be a great way to remind my husband of the things HE needs to do on HIS way out the door.
lissa
In my kitchen “organizational area”. Snort.

I would probably either hang mine above the bed (so I could write down the things on my mind before I go to bed) or next to my couch, so I could ‘bookmark’ craft ideas from Gawker/StumbleUpon and stuff I want to buy from Etsy and eBay
Kristie
I have an empty wall in my bedroom that would love to host a snazzy decal! It would be great for reminders of Grad school deadlines/meetings/etc.
amy
on my son’s bedroom door.
Robyn
On the front door, it’d be nice to remember something for once!
Amanda
I’d put mine on the side of my fridge which currently is filled with all miscellaney of things!

Right next to the door. It would replace the eleventy billion post-it notes we have stuck there.
cally
Look at you with your old school phone!
Well I could put this baby on any damn wall in the house. Why? Because after our remodel three years ago, there’s still not a damn thing up there! (Can you tell I’m super happy about that?)
Roseanne L.
Next to the phone in the kitchen. It would be perfect!
jordan
in the laundry room! <3

I would put this right in the middle of my photo wall in the living room and I would count down the days until my husband comes home from his deployment. Right now we’re at 365. Boo hoo for me.

*SO* totally in the bathroom because that is where the hubster does his best concentrating. I swear the only way to communicate sometimes is to leave post-its on the mirror. This would be WAAAY more cooler…and more stylish! Win, win.
