The pictures of my boys with Santa are also consistent, except my boys are screaming, crying, and doing every thing they can to get away from him. I figure it's a right of childhood passage.

That is the best beard I've ever seen on a Santa! Plus, I love his casual santa garb – he's not all stuffy in his bit fur trimmed coat!
