No He Can’t Read My Po Po Bay

My husband is on vacation this week. All week. Up in the mix. I had to work yesterday and then went to kick it with the Mile High Mamas last night. I got home before nine p.m. and when I walked in, the house was spotless, laundry was put away, dishes were done and the kids were asleep.

I asked Jeff if he brought in a cleaning service and he was all “No, I did it. Took me about two hours. I’m not sure what you do all do day.” And then he ran.

To answer his question, please enjoy this video I made of Baby Troy singing his favorite song, Poker Face, into a microphone, a nasal aspirator. He will only be little once, tomorrow he turns two, and preserving memories is far more important to me than unloading the dishwasher. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Sounds like you need to leave Jeff at home more often, if he gets all the housework done.

Troy slobbering on that chair was hilarious.

    You said this happened yesterday?

You didn't smother him in his sleep last night?

You have a lot of self control :)

I don't WANT baby Troy to be two. That's terrible. Next thing he'll be five and then 13 and then an adult and DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? That we'll be old. No. I do not approve. Please cancel that.

Please check under the covers. Jeff obviously duct taped them into their beds.

    The video was so cute!

Reichen's favorite song is womanizer by Britney Spears. We got it on video and it is SO funny!

By the way, Reichen turns 3 on Monday. When is Troy's birthday?

Oh, Z, that is so cute!! Just buckle down for the twos, threes, and the 12's. I'm just saying.

    HBD, Mr. T!!

yay, for Jeff. Send him to Dallas on his next vacay.

George totally dug that rendition. As he beat on the keyboard and tried to eject the cd-rom 10 billion times.
He'll be two in 2 months. I am terrified. Go forth and lead us through this treacherous age, Z!

So…where's yer hubby figger on sleeping this week? If he's willing to clean my house, you can point him to Maine.
Sweet, sweet baby boy. But I promise you, he will be an even cuter three year old, so it's all good!

Haha! Oh my gosh, this killed me! He is soooo cute!

  • Martinis or Diaper Genies?

I really dig the dance break in the early middle. The turn around butt shake is full on lady gaga material.

He couldn't be any cuter in that little diap! Screw the cleaning. I'm with you 100%. Just wish I could say "screw having to work" too, but maybe I'll get there eventually?

I think I just died of cuteness. Seriously.

See now. It is all about timing. If I clean during the day while the kids are at school, it takes about two hours. The problem is that they will destroy it in about 1.5 seconds when they get home, leaving no proof that I cleaned at all. If I clean after they get home, they apparently walk behind me uncleaning. So I bascially clean in a circle, which takes about fifteen hours and NEVER gets finished. I am too lazy to clean after they go to sleep, so I just tell Kenny to take my word for that at some point it was done. I should take pictures.

OMG. I have a patented dance move to this song where I wave my hands around in front of my face so you can't read my poker face. I will come to your house and teach him.
